What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum purchase is 25,000 credits per transaction across all channels (SMS, RCS, Voice, and WhatsApp). Unused credits do not expire for active accounts, and you can purchase additional credits as frequently as you need.

Do my credits expire?
No, your purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. There is no time limit on using your balance. If your account is inactive for an extended period, we recommend contacting our support team to confirm your credit status.

How are volume discounts calculated?
Volume discounts are based on the total number of credits you purchase in a single transaction. For example, if you buy 75,000 SMS credits at once, your entire order is billed at the 50K-1L tier rate of ₹0.15 per unit. The same tiers apply to all channels.
